Two day all-inclusive curated “refresh” and holistic immersion

Come for a curated "tune up" and experience through a full holistic immersion. You wil leave refreshed and renewed, and you will learn skills to calm the mind, boost immunity, and decrease the physical and psychological stressors you’re experiencing in your day to day life.

Guests arrive in time on Friday for a reception and chef's dinner curated with cannabis selections, as you get comfortable with the space and relax. You'll check into your room. and perhaps take advantage of an invigorating salt bath. Enjoy the practice room for yoga, stretching and a relaxing "hi-Chair" massage before drifting to sleep. The morning is greeted with fresh gourmet breakfast and juice, espresso coffee or tea and a morning "hi-Chi" in the garden. The class with provide the basic instruction to prepare for our getaway that afternoon to our picnic lunch and tai chi on Muir Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches nearby (transportation and lunch provided). After returning back to the retreat, after showers or another salt bath, guests will join a massage instruction class, where hands on techniques can be shared and brought home and sustained after the retreat. After another dinner with curated cannabis cocktail hour, we will end the formal events with a wisdom circle and opportunity to share and integrate the experience. The following morning the retreat ends with a hearty breakfast, juice and coffee bar and final demonstration of "hi-chi" in the garden, the retreat will end by 11 a.m.

We work on poverty intervention projects with Oakland activists and alliances to build health wealth and well being one neighborhood at a time. What you need to bring:

Comfortable clothes work out gear or yoga attire for chair massage, tai chi, beach wear, beach towel (we provide linens and bath towels as well as organic shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath gel for you while you are here) Bring sunscreen and your normal overnight things, and a refillable water bottle.

Things to keep in mind

we avoid using chemicals and perfumes and would appreciate your supporting our scent free space. (we do allow and share essential oils during treatments.)
