Writing to Heal 1-on-1 Workshop
Find out how expressive writing leads to deeper self-acceptance & healing.
Do you want to learn how to reflect inwards and unlock what you keep hidden, even from yourself? Find out how expressive writing leads to deeper self-acceptance and healing.
In this 1-on-1 workshop, facilitated by Kat McNichol, Editor-in-Chief of Dreamers Creative Writing, you will move through a series of writing prompts designed to explore themes connected to your lived experiences. Using writing as a way to examine emotional truths, you will: learn techniques for restorying self, explore approaches to self-reflexive writing, review contexts where writing is being used for personal development, and share your writing with the instructor (on a voluntary basis). As part of this experience, participants can select one cannabis infused beverage.
