Responsible consumption - understanding the risks and benefits of mixing alcohol with cannabis
Choosing the right strain and spirit for your recipes
Preparing your bud - decarboxylation principles and techniques
Infusion in alcohol - dosages, techniques, quality control, flavor complementarity
Creating the drink - fundamentals of mixology and how cannabis fits in
Shaken or Stirred - basic drink making techniques at home
*Bring Your Own Bud - no cannabis is served, sold nor tasted during the workshop

With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 6 years of owning-operating renowned high-end mixology bars, I have been working with cannabis in cocktails in all its possible forms. With ready-to-drink cannabis infused beverages making their way onto the Canadian market, the popularity of mixing cannabis-infused drinks will surely be a rising trend in the next few years but the costs of products are high and quality isn't always at it's best. Plus, every person reacts differently to mixing substances and the intensity and length of the effects, so preparing and consuming cannabis in a responsible manner is a crucial skill to be come a great party host and insuring your friends or guests keep an enjoyable memory of your drinks!

Outside of 14 days from the event date, Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking applies.

What you need to bring:
BYOB - Bring Your Own Bud Compliant to federal and provincial regulations, the customer needs to bring its own supply of a maximum of 30grams of flower of their choice or equivalent product.
Things to keep in mind
21+ Only - Age verification will be done upon arrival - Bring a valid government issued photo ID. No smoking or vaping in or around the premises according to municipal regulations. No sale, exchange or any type of merchandising allowed including but not limited to cannabis products. Content will be created during the event for social media and promotional uses - a publication waiver will need to be signed by every Guest upon arrival.
