This 50min gentle yin class allows for more TLC on sore muscles!

The adventure I will be hosting will include a mindful yoga practice with the cannabis experience, ingesting tea or Vape you can relax deeper into practice and get a sense of balance and clarity. Using props such as mobility balls we unleash blocked energy and muscles that are tense and tight throughout the body.

Her work consists of a movement therapy approach.
