Mobilize and Move
This 50min gentle yin class allows for more TLC on sore muscles!
The adventure I will be hosting will include a mindful yoga practice with the cannabis experience, ingesting tea or Vape you can relax deeper into practice and get a sense of balance and clarity. Using props such as mobility balls we unleash blocked energy and muscles that are tense and tight throughout the body.
About Your Host:
- Personal fitness diploma and social work degree in Social work and personal fitness
- yoga teacher
Lisa is mindful strength coach and yoga teacher with a background in social work. Having a foundation in social work provides her clients with a therapeutic strength session incorporating a trauma-informed approach through a nervous system lens – taking your training session to another level. Her work consists of a movement therapy approach.
