Mindful Movement & Meditation Retreat (420 friendly)
Need to reset? A getaway? Looking to start a movement/yoga practice but unsure where to begin?? This retreat has it all from movement, meditation, breath work, nature hikes and of course...cannabis.
Specific types of cannabis and how it's consumed can really benefit a well rounded movement/meditation practice. This 2 day retreat will expose you to the tools necessary to begin your own journey. Each day will have scheduled movement, meditation and breath work sessions in the form of lessons or practices. There will be unscheduled free time where you can get lost in the woods on a hike or simply roam around the property practicing your newly acquired skills.
Cannabis can be consumed on your own at any time during the retreat as long as it is kept outside the house. There will also be group sessions where cannabis will be consumed, voluntarily of course, before certain practices as well. Please remember to BYOC as it will not be provided for the entirety of the retreat. It should be stated that cannabis consumption is not limited to smoking. It will be used in that way for practices etc but the freedom is yours to consume in any way you prefer.
About Your Host:
From a very early age Chris discovered his passion for health and fitness. His career path was set, he just had to find his place within the industry that represented his values. His search took him all over the industry leaving his with a unique perspective on movement, how the body works and how to optimize both body and mind through a multitude of modalities. His athletic pursuits have been vast, leading him to a spot in the OCR (obstacle course racing) World Championships back in 2016 where he raced against some of the worlds top athletes. As well as winning gold in Agatsu's Kettlebell sport competition in the snatch event in 2015. He strives to teach his clients how to be self sufficient when it comes to their health and fitness so they are confident enough and motivated enough on their own to create a life they truly love. That's precisely what this weekend retreat is all about. Learning your body, learning your mind and how to utilize both in synergy, with a little aid from Cannabis, for a blissful result.

What you need to bring:
Appropriate attire for exercise, yoga mat, comfy clothes, warm outdoor clothing for hikes and anything else needed for 2 nights.
