Offered in CHURCH 444’s beautiful, brand new Creative Vortex (courtyard), the ultimate private outdoor practice space right in the heart of Hess Village.
Participants can expect to begin class with light discussion and intention setting. During this time you will be invited to dig into your goodie bags that you pick up from Queen George Cannabis on your way to the workshop (pre-roll's included!). Once everyone is feeling ‘highly motivated’ we’ll start our
movement class!
Individuals can expect this class to be a mix of yoga inspired, Pilates-ish movements and a whole lot of FUN. This class is intro friendly and will include time spent on the hands and knees, lunges, and forward folding.
(Almost!) Everything you will need for the loveliest, high living, outdoor practice experience will be included. Please bring a mat and wear clothing that you are
comfy in! We will not be in direct sunlight but you are
encouraged to wear sunscreen, bring sunglasses and water to hydrate.
Once class is finished, take yourself out for the most amazing meal at one of the fantastic Hess Village restaurants steps away from the studio. Nourish that bod, and take care of yourself!
Let's step into this new world with high hopes (literally?), and giving our bodies the care, movement, love, and nourishment they deserves.

Outside of 14 days from the event date, Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking applies.

Your Host will provide:
Individual, socially distanced, practice spaces have been set up prior to your arrival. This includes multiple layers of mat and different fabrics to create the most comfortable practice experience. Over head shade will also be provided, participants are still strongly recommended to wear sunscreen.
Included in your goody bag will be vouchers for Smoke's Poutinery, located directly beside CHURCH 444, for your post movement munchies. Water will be available and provided on site.
What you need to bring:
Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, any props you like to use or have handy (towel, blocks, pillow, strap, etc)
