Infused assisted stretching + active recovery
The session includes a 3 part stretch sequence, with the use of muscle vibration, to release tension, gain mobility + increase relaxation.
Step 1 - Warming up your muscles with Vibration Therapy.
Think a massage, but instead of my hands - it’s a vibration gun (feels better than it sounds).
- Adding vibration releases the fascia much faster + more thoroughly than a static tool- no more rollers, Y’all. The vibration + compression will help to unlock + unknot the fascia + opens up space and pathways for the fluid to move.
Step 2 - Stretching
To improve muscle elasticity + range of motion, I’ll work with you to contract antagonist muscles to find more movement in the targeted muscle.
Step 3 - locking it all in
Movement of the muscles + vibration therapy - A little more work than a massage, but not much. This is where we lock in the new found, more comfortable, less achy muscles + joints.
Cannabis is always optional. If you do choose to elevate ahead of time, I suggest something on the indica side, to increase your relaxation. I also have a few infused topicals, I will suggest if needed.

I am a Cannabis stretch educator + therapist. I taught yoga for 2 years and then migrated into 1 or 1 sessions, as I found them more relaxing and focused for the guest. I introduced cannabis to my wellness practices, as I found it is the perfect addition to bring focus and relaxation.
