Several downtown parks within walking distance and a shoppers drug mart across the street. CN Tower, Rogers Centre and Metro Toronto Convention Centre all within walking distance. Restaurants, clubs, bars, dispensaries and LCBO within 5 minutes. It doesn’t get more central than this, everything the city has to offer!

KEY MUST BE RETRIEVED BEFORE ENTERING PARKING OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE BUILDING. To Enter by Foot: Enter laneway located between King Street West and Mercer Street off of Blue Jays Way. If coming from Blue Jays Way & King Street take the first left after King and turn East. If coming from Blue Jays Way & Mercer Street take the first right after Mercer and turn East. You will enter car loading area/building entrance for 125 Blue Jays Way. Walk through glass doors, pass the concierge desk on the right and continue through another glass door to the elevator lobby. Once in elevator press electronic fob against sensor and select ‘16’. Unit is number 1611. If Driving: Parking instructions for parking garage. Enter laneway located between King Street West and Mercer Street off of Blue Jays Way. If coming from Blue Jays Way & King Street take the first left after King and turn East. If coming from Blue Jays Way & Mercer Street take the first right after Mercer and turn East. Drive passed car loading area to enter parking garage located to the left labelled ‘Tower & Hotel Parking’. Enter garage with parking sensor placed on your dashboard, doors will automatically open. Drive past concierge, valet and visitor parking until you reach another garage door to enter residential parking. Parking spot is P4 (parking level 4) #17 positioned beside support beams. Once parked retrieve parking pass and keys from your dashboard and walk passed P4-19 toward the green exit door, turn left before reaching the door and continue through parking garage. Passing P4-71 take another left and continue walking. Take another left and the elevator lobby is on the left hand side. Once in elevator press electronic fob against sensor and select ‘16’. Unit is number 1611. Amenities Instructions Gym is located on the 10th floor of 115 Blue Jays Way. Exit 125 Blue Jays Way from front entrance and walk diagonally through the car loading area toward entrance labelled ’115’. Indicate to concierge you are going to the gym and they will direct you from there. You will need your key fob to access the facilities. Pool amenities area is located in the King Blue Hotel. Bookings are required to use the pool. Please indicate which day(s) and time(s) you would like to visit the pool during your reservation. Myself or my assistant will reserve them with concierge under ‘unit#1611’ To access the pool exit 125 Blue Jays Way entrance and walk directly across to King Blue Hotel. Indicate to the concierge you are going to the pool and they will direct you from there. You will need your key fob to access the faculties. Food Orders: Please pick up deliveries in the lobby. HOUSE RULES
No noise or loud music after 11pm. No pets or service animals allowed. All butts and roaches must be put in ashtray located on outdoor balcony. Please put all garbage in garbage bin and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. All smoking, vaping and use of volcano must be on outdoor balcony.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Guests enjoy private exclusive use of the condominium apartment unit and wraparound balcony. The amenities including the pool and the gym are shared with the other residents and visitors of the condo building.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
