The historic ranch sits overlooking the Coachella Valley. It gives guests the feeling of a remote desert hillside hideaway. The two onsite hot spring lakes create an oasis similar to the Coachella Valley Preserve, with turtles, birds and a mango grove. Guests will enjoy the effortless beauty surrounding them, with a natural energy vortex and healing waters.
There are three homes that accommodate up to 28 guests. The two natural warm lakes with natural surroundings, two flow-through fill-your-own Osana Style mineral water soaking tubs at 100-102 degrees, a cascading grotto pools with cool mineral water, and an indoor swim spa/gym.
The Adobe Guesthouse is 1165 square feet plus the front and back private outdoor patios.
There are two Queen bedrooms, an open bonus space with 2 single beds, and the living room has a Queen futon. Enjoy the dining area, full kitchen, hallway bathroom, washer/dryer, and master bedroom complete with it's own bathroom. The front firepit area has seating and the back BBQ area has landscape screening.
This home is next door to another villa, with a workshop room in between the house and the villa.
When you book the entire ranch, there is the option of customizing your retreats with cleanses, workshops or seminars for your guests. Ceremonies and receptions can take place at one of the numerous gathering locations on site indoors and outdoors, for small breakout groups to work or study together. Yoga retreats, personal training retreats (home gym, swim spa and hiking), life coaching retreats, cooking retreats, and corporate events to name a few.
The Villa is a grand estate. Included with this home is your own private hot spring soaking pool, with world-famous healing waters direct from the well. The adjoining cascading cooler pools are soul-soothing for lounging, floating or splashing. Plus a private indoor endless wave lap pool with heated mineral water, and a home gym for exclusive use of the Villa guests.
Interiors are filled with bespoke furnishings, Navajo rugs, hand-carved doors, luxury bedding, well-appointed chef's kitchen, and incredible art - right out of the pages of Architectural Digest or Sunset Magazine. The Villa also includes Smart TV, Wifi, and Nest security.
The third house is updated with beautiful finishes and furnishings. An open concept building with 1456 sq. ft. of space. Queen Bedrooms with heavy velvet curtains instead of doors, one bathroom off the master room & one bathroom next to the main living area. In the large open living space there is Queen futon, dining area & full kitchen with washer/dryer area.
This patio area includes furniture, BBQ, meditation pond and stunning views of both the San Jacinto & San Gorgonio Mountains. Nighttime skies here are also spectacular. Bring your binoculars!! This home is a short stroll to the spa area, where there is a shared hot spring soaking pool, self-fill, with a cascading waterfall, and games like horseshoes and corn hole.
Interiors feature HVAC, luxury bedding, well-appointed chef's kitchen, and original art. Plus Smart TV, Wifi, and Nest security.

Availability
Desert Hot Springs is one of the newest California Cannabis Meccas. There are miles of hiking trails on the property, including the Burrowing Owl Habitat and Mango Grove. After a hike, loosen up with other activities like yoga, music events and fairs are often held onsite, at our spa and event space. Note the site is not accessible without a gate code. All visitors and guests must be scheduled in advance.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
