This listing is for the entire Main Floor of the home. The lower suite of the home has a current long-term tenant. And this tenant has a dog.

In the home however, there are no shared spaces. The main floor has it's own entrance and own washer & dryer. Only the outside yard is shared common space. CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
